In week 1 of the challenge we start slowly to ease you into the basics of a wholefood diet and start delving into our eating patterns and behaviours. This is all part of setting a strong foundation for success.

Creating a healthy plate
This module covers foods that harm and foods that heal. The first thing you need to kick to really jumpstart your health and wellness journey is sugar! We will also explore other inflammatory foods and guide you to creating your own healthy plate.

Stress free eating
It’s no coincidence that people who report higher levels of stress, are also more likely to binge eat or use food for comfort. This module tackles sleep and stress to give our mind and body a chance to recover.

Gut health
Restoring and balancing a healthy gut is vital! A healthy gut is needed to support your immune system, absorb nutrients and cleanse your body. You’ll learn about prebiotics and probiotics to not only help your gut, but also your brain, skin and overall health and wellbeing.

This program was the best I have done and I have done a lot over the years from weight watchers, Michelle bridges etc , Dr Denise and Di delivered a very informative program and in a supportive group of people who were all on their own health journey. Hello! I’m Dr. Denise Furness (PhD)

I specialise in nutrigenomics, which focuses on the interaction between our diet, nutrient intake and our DNA.

I am here to help you understand how and why food can harm OR food can heal our mind and body. I want to share the WFC with you so you can:

After years of high stress, a bad relationship with food, and an autoimmune disease to boot plus the loss of my mum to early onset Dementia, I have learnt to take better care of myself through diet and lifestyle…and focus on being nourished not deprived! 

This is why as a Geneticist (PhD), Nutritionist (RNutr) and fitness professional (AusRep) I have made it my mission to help as many women as possible learn to use food and nutrition to help them thrive, not just survive.

Geneticist, but I like to think of myself as a Holistic

Frequently Asked Questions

The 28 day wholefood challenge should be perfectly safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding, we can guide you to add healthy snacks if you need more nutrients to fuel you and your growing baby. However, I would recommend you discuss the program with your healthcare practitioner before starting a new plan. For those planning pregnancy I recommend doing this as part of your preconception plan, improving your diet promotes fertility, healthy pregnancy and development of your baby.

If you are not sure if this program is for you, we suggest asking any questions you may have to help you make a more informed decision. To get the most out of the 4-week program it is important to commit plus you have weekly group coaching with Dr Denise and Coach Di to trouble shoot any issues you may be having. Because this is an online program and you have access to all the downloadable content we generally do not give refunds, however depending on individual circumstances we are open to discussions and will try to work with you. We know life can throw curveballs.

Absolutely! By following the 28 day WFC, you are trialing removing certain foods (e.g sugar and inflammnatory foods) from your diet, and in no way have to add specific items into your diet, especially if they aren’t in alignment with your beliefs or medical needs.
